Monika Osiak

Former Software Engineer, now Product Manager in Core Engineering at Goldman Sachs. As a part of Web Platform, I oversee the development and lifecycle of UI libraries used across the firm. I act as the bridge between the design, engineering and customers, ensuring that the product meets needs of a complex financial company.

I graduated from Computer Science at the Warsaw University of Technology and I’ve been involved with Goldman Sachs since the very beginning of my professional career.

I believe that accessibility should be integrated into every aspect of the product development process. As a member of Warsaw Disability Network at GS, I’m committed to foster an inclusive environment that enhances the experience of individuals with disabilities or caregiver responsibilities. 

Outside of work, I volunteer for Four Kings Warsaw, a local wheelchair rugby club. Due to personal reasons, I’m also an avid supporter of the Legia Warsaw’s amputee football team. After work, I decompress at Zumba classes or by watching Superstore for the 8th time.
