Aldona Studzińska

Aldona joined Paramount ten years ago and currently holds the position of Senior Manager, serving as one of the leaders in the Backend Engineering Chapter. Her journey in the field of information technology began after completing her studies in computer science at the University of Mikołaj Kopernik in Toruń. She has been immersed in backend technologies since the beginning of her professional career.

Over the past few years, Aldona has focused on developing and refining her leadership skills. With the challenges associated with remote work in a global context, she has placed particular emphasis on effective communication and fostering an inclusive work environment. She fully embraces the idea that software development extends beyond mere coding; it encompasses teamwork, communication, and adaptability. It's about problem-solving, creating value, and making positive impacts on users' lives.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Aldona leads a fulfilling personal life as a wife and mother. Under one roof, she shares her home with a cat, five spiders, fish, and an African snail. What is most important to her is mastering the art of balancing a successful career with a fulfilling personal life.
