As a Managing Director of Equinix in Poland Sylwia continues to grow the business in a market that has become the third fastest growing economy in the EU, doubling in size over the last 15 years. As well as leading the core Poland business, Sylwia oversees and grows the Equinix global teams-hub operating in Warsaw and delivering the services to Equinix across the world.

Sylwia has 20+ years of global senior management experience. Prior to Equinix, she managed a Central Eastern European cluster of 12 countries at Iron Mountain. Sylwia's career has spanned diverse sectors, including leading roles at retailers B&Q and Tesco, as well as international healthcare businesses like Pelion and Medicover. She is renowned as a business transformation leader in Poland, having founded Payback, one of Europe's largest loyalty programs, which gained 7M Polish consumers and partnered with top merchants before being acquired by American Express in 2011.
